Valid membership card and ID are required for the members named on the account. If you forget your member card please stop at the membership desk with your ID and we will issue a day pass.

Children will need membership coverage beginning at age three and are covered up to the age of eighteen. Children two and under are admitted to the zoo free of charge and do not need membership coverage.

Only the adult(s) named on the card may use the card for admission. If a named adult is not present, their benefits cannot be used by a different person. All qualifying guests must accompany a named member when visiting. If your child is coming without you, please have them stop at the membership desk on the day of their visit for a child-only pass.

Qualifying guests must always accompany at least one of the named cardholders on the membership account.

We will send you a renewal notice for your convenience through the mail. You are also able to renew early at anytime without losing existing coverage.

Memberships can be renewed by mail, phone, online, and at our membership desk at the zoo.

Yes. You will receive discounted admission at the AZA accredited institutions listed on your reciprocal list. Visit us online at rosamondgiffordzoo.org, for our most current listings.

We offer reprints for $1 at the membership desk.

Memberships are not refundable or transferable. Only the adults listed on the membership pass may use the membership benefits.

Yes. Memberships provide year-round activities, savings and memories — which makes it the perfect gift for anyone (and everyone!) on your list. Free member T-shirts can be redeemed with your coupon (enclosed) at the zoo’s membership desk during regular hours.

Yes. Members may purchase additional t-shirts for just $15. Additional t-shirts are available at the zoo’s membership desk during regular zoo hours.

Member T-shirts are available in Youth XS, S, M and Adult S, M, L, XL. And 2XL. While supplies last.

Yes. We do offer a discount for those 62 years and older. The discounted price is reflected in our Senior Dual ($48) and Grandparent ($65) level memberships. 

Yes. Support staff are welcome to visit the zoo free-of-charge to accompany a zoo member. Please speak with our membership team when you join or renew, and we can make this accommodation. Contact us at (315) 435-8511 x8503 for more information.
