Brew at the Zoo Tickets Go on Sale June 1
SYRACUSE, NY, May 26, 2022 — Friends of the Rosamond Gifford Zoo announces advance sale tickets for Brew at the Zoo will go on sale Wednesday, June 1.
Brew at the Zoo, presented by CXtec, takes place on Friday, August 5 and will feature an array of beer and wine stations, food trucks and live music located throughout the zoo, and animals on exhibit. The event has been a popular summer-time fundraiser in support of the zoo for more than 25 years.
“Brew is a highlight of summer for a lot of people who reunite with old friends and come together to enjoy the zoo,” Friends of the Zoo Executive Director Carrie Large. “It’s also a great opportunity for us to connect with adults and have them experience the zoo in a different way.
Advance sale tickets are available at rosamondgiffordzoo.org for $40 for zoo members and $42 non-members through Monday, August 1. After that the ticket price goes up $10.
VIP tickets provide access to exclusive areas and beverage tastings, appetizers by Catering at the Zoo Executive Chef Dan Hudson, animal greeters and dedicated VIP comfort stations for $83.50 for zoo members and $85 for non-members. The VIP Lounge is sponsored by Hayden Jewelers.
Friends of the Zoo is also offering designated driver tickets for $20 and reserved parking for $15 per spot.
Brew at the Zoo welcomes food trucks to be a part of the event. Applications are available at rosamondgiffordzoo.org. A call for local musicians is also underway. Those interested are asked to visit the website for details.
