The Friends of the Zoo supports the vital work of the Rosamond Gifford Zoo and offers many ways that you can help!
Your generous donation helps us support the missions of the Rosamond Gifford Zoo. As an Association of Zoos & Aquariums (AZA) accredited institution, the zoo is entrusted with the care of some of the most vulnerable species on earth and with the duty and honor to protect and care for them, educate visitors about them and help save them from extinction.

Leave a Lasting Legacy
Join the Elephant Society and be among an integral group of donors who have joined our Planned Giving program. Your planned gift will create a secure future for the zoo for many years to come through a bequest in your will, a gift of stock or other tax-free means of leaving a legacy through your estate.

You can remember a loved one or pay tribute to someone special through a tax-free contribution to Friends of the Zoo. Options include dedicating a leaf on our Tree of Life horticulture fund, supporting a zoo exhibit, tribute garden or bench.
