Before we open CATZ Connoisseurs Club membership to the public, we want to let our loyal guests in our plans and to give you the opportunity to be the first to join. All menus will be expertly crafted by Executive Chef Allison Walts and feature a conservation theme directly connected to animal species at the Rosamond Gifford Zoo.   

Our January dining event will tentatively take place on January 10th, and the theme is Snow Leopards. Join us for an evening of gourmet goodness as we celebrate this vulnerable species. Dates and themes for later events will be announced soon. Stay tuned!
